Dr. Bahadur is a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adults and maintains a private practice in Santa Monica, CA

With over 20 years of practice in Santa Monica as a licensed psychologist , and as a graduate of New York University with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Bahadur is currently serving as a 

private practitioner working with children, adolescents, and adults for therapy, consultation, and psychological assessment.  Among Dr. Bahadur's areas of expertise are early childhood assessment and treatment, such as autistic spectrum disorders; cognitive-behavioral treatment for depression and anxiety in adults and children; parenting and co-parenting support for families of divorce; ADHD assessment and treatment; Mindfulness treatment and DBT; eating disorders; stress management techniques. 

Dr. Bahadur is an interactive, goal-oriented, cognitive-behavioral therapist.  Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates evidence-based practices and CBT techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Education
Dr. Bahadur graduated from New York University's Clinical Psychology program.  Prior to that, she attended the University of Michigan.

Dr. Bahadur has extensive training and expertise in working with young children, under age 7 Dr. Bahadur has attended several training programs for third wave CBTs, such as DBT, CBASP, IPT and ACT
